You buy the pour cavity - the RTV tray you dump chocolate, gummies, resin, wax, soap, or ice into. Send photos, a sketch, or CAD. We'll 3D-print a pattern, often flip a temporary silicone tool, cast a resin production mother, then pour batch RTV. The mother is the hard production tool. It isn't the print. Production is MOQ 20 per design after the prototype. Prototype is usually 3-7 business days after CAD lock. DFM is free. CAD is about USD 50 when we edit or build the 3D model.

Primary work
Typical mix-up: two quotes share the word mold and still mean different objects. One is a cavity you pour into. The other is a compression or injection tool that makes a silicone part. Stay on this page when you need the cavity.
What you buy here
Here you buy the cavity. The 3D-printed pattern is how we get a first shape. The resin production mother is the hard tool we pour production RTV against. A jacket (support shell) is the rigid frame around a soft skin - it isn't the mother, and it isn't the pattern.

Name the pour before anyone picks a hardness. Document path: food-grade silicone molds.
The chemistry we spec for most production cavities and for food faces. Grade and color lock to the pour after DFM - not a catalog hardness table.
Chocolate, candy, baking, and ice. Material and test documents may be available for the selected compound and destination. See food-grade silicone molds.
Softer skins for peel-heavy jobs. A jacket or fewer cavities when a loaded tray would sag. We wouldn't raise hardness first to hide a floppy span.
Add pockets after the shape is locked, and only if you can still lift the sheet when every well is full.
RFQ inputs
A file (or sketch), the pour, and a quantity after the sample. Hypothetical: a 4 g pectin bear from a phone photo. We can start DFM. No. Platinum-cure is the chemistry we spec for food cavities. Documents may be available for the selected compound and destination.
Yes. We quote HTV process products and HTV/HCR compression molds. Free DFM on the mold RFQ; HTV quantity and timing are confirmed after DFM. Do not send an RTV pour-mold brief as an HTV product PO, and do not copy RTV MOQ 20 onto that line. High-volume LSR cold-runner part tools are a different RFQ - ask us.
Measured photos can start DFM. Gram-sensitive or fit-sensitive work still wants a sample or locked CAD before we freeze the mother.
Not if you sell sticky pectin, fatty chocolate, or hot resin. Water doesn't prove peel or grams. Dump the real formula on the prototype.
