You do not need perfect CAD or the correct process name before contacting us. A drawing, sample, sketch, photos or product description can be enough to start the technical review.
Most briefs are custom RTV silicone casting molds. If the finished article itself is silicone (HCR/HTV, LSR, or overmolding), say that in the first line so we do not quote a pour tray.

What to Include

What Makes an RFQ Reviewable
The fastest useful reply is not produced by the shortest enquiry. Include what you need to receive, the material involved, finished dimensions, quantity and destination. Attach a CAD file, drawing, sketch or clear photographs. If you are comparing manufacturers, ask each supplier to identify the process, prototype stage, production MOQ, approval reference and document scope in writing.
For a flexible casting mold, also name what will be poured into it and how the finished item will be released. For a finished silicone part, describe its function and operating conditions so the project can be routed to HCR/HTV, LSR or another suitable process.

Need an NDA First?
If the design is confidential, tell us before sending the full proprietary file set.
You can begin with:

Sending a Physical Sample
Before shipping:
- confirm recipient/address;
- describe the sample;
- state whether it must be returned;
- identify any mating part;
- state what must be measured/copied/changed.
Factory Visit
If you want to visit:
- propose date/time;
- send project type;
- identify process/evidence you want to review;
- bring the same drawing/sample/RFQ used for the project.
After You Submit
We review:
- likely process route;
- missing technical inputs;
- DFM/design questions;
- prototype/tooling scope;
- quantity assumptions;
- document/shipping questions.

Can I contact you without CAD?
You can start with a sketch, photos, a sample description or an outline of the product. Include approximate dimensions and intended use so we can identify what information is needed next.
Can I ask for an NDA first?
Tell us that an NDA is required before sending the full confidential file set. Start with a high-level project description so the next steps can be agreed.
Can I arrange a factory visit here?
Send your preferred date and the process or project you want to discuss. Visits are arranged by appointment; confirm the meeting location before travelling.
Is this form only for RTV molds?
Use it for casting molds or finished silicone product enquiries. Describe what you need delivered and how it will be used; you do not need to choose the manufacturing process yourself.
