What Makes an RFQ Reviewable
The fastest useful reply is not produced by the shortest enquiry. Include what you need to receive, the material involved, finished dimensions, quantity and destination. Attach a CAD file, drawing, sketch or clear photographs. If you are comparing manufacturers, ask each supplier to identify the process, prototype stage, production MOQ, approval reference and document scope in writing.
For a flexible casting mold, also name what will be poured into it and how the finished item will be released. For a finished silicone part, describe its function and operating conditions so the project can be routed to HCR/HTV, LSR or another suitable process.

Need an NDA First?
If the design is confidential, tell us before sending the full proprietary file set.

Sending a Physical Sample
Before shipping:
- confirm recipient/address;
- describe the sample;
- state whether it must be returned;
- identify any mating part;
- state what must be measured/copied/changed.

- propose date/time;
- send project type;
- identify process/evidence you want to review;
- bring the same drawing/sample/RFQ used for the project.
