Yield is a tray spec, not a warehouse afterthought
If the listing claims 12 and the tray is 8, leftover mix ages in a tub. If the tray is 12 and cavity 11 is 0.6 g heavy, the label is a ticket. We ask pack count and gram target before we cut a production sheet.
Layout spacing already has a blog. This URL is the production service: you are buying trays, not an article.
A 24-up is not free if you demold by hand
We can cut more cavities. You still peel them. Thin webs on a heavy chocolate fill tear in your kitchen, not in our quote PDF. If weekly pieces are 200 and you have one person, a 12-up with honest webs is often the adult sheet. A 24-up that rips is a listing outage.
Approve production yield on a production-count sample, not on a one-cavity hero. Cavity 11 vs cavity 1 is a gram conversation if a label exists.
Spacing and webs we push back on
Labor on demold is your shop. We will not pretend a 24-cavity sheet is free if the webs tear.

Same cavity, three fills, three densities. We still need all three named. Grams will not match by magic.
