Record the First SKU
Record:
- product name/SKU
- revision
- dimensions
- artwork
- material/process
- color
- cavity count
- packaging
Prove the First SKU
The prototype should prove the critical features before the first production order.
For applicable RTV mold programs:
- MOQ can start from 20 molds per approved design
For finished HCR/HTV/LSR products:
- MOQ/tooling are quoted by process.

Plan based on:
- current inventory
- usage/production demand
- mold condition

Second SKU
Before making a second SKU, decide whether it shares:
- base geometry
- logo only
- size
- cavity layout
- insert
Modular inserts may make sense for some manufacturing routes.
