First SKU to Reorder: Cavity Count, Ads, Spares, and Archive ID
A one-cavity sample looks perfect. Ads scale. Cavity 11 is heavy. The only sheet tears. This page is the commercial path from first SKU to a spare and an archive ID - written as a long service page, not a tweet.

1 vs 6 vs 12 on the first production sheet

A one-cavity tool is a sample. Six is a common first production ask. Twelve without a gram target is how FBA tickets start. We will ask weekly pieces before we celebrate cavity count.
Do not scale ads on a one-cavity approval
If paid traffic is already on, say so. Spare math changes. We will not pretend a 3-7 day prototype after a new CAD lock will save an ad set you launched last week.
Pack count and claimed unit count
12-pack with an 8-cavity tray leaves mix in a tub. Claim 24 / yield 10 is a listing lie. Match tray to pack or change the claim.
One sheet is a single point of failure
Tear on Thursday, listing dead until reorder and ship. Spare 10-20% cavity-worth of trays is a common ask when ads are on. New lots are still MOQ 20.
Colorway vs new design
Pigment is not a new master. Logo depth change is. New undercut is. New peak C may be the same cavity with new notes. We would rather quote a second design than silently reuse a master that will fail SKU-2.
Put the archive ID on the next PO
If geometry did not change, reorder skips redesign. It does not skip queue and ship. This is the commercial archive service, not a twin of the lead-time blog.
Calendar: lock, then 3-7 days, then ship buffer
Wedding dates and drop dates do not start the clock. CAD lock does. If the event is inside lock + prototype + ship, we will say no.
RFQ
Weekly pieces, pack count, whether ads are live, SKU-1 file, SKU-2 delta in mm, destination.
