RTV Mold Prototype
Can validate:

Straightforward design + prototype may take about 3–5 days after required information is approved.
HCR/HTV / LSR Prototype
The route and timing depend on:
- production tool strategy
- material
- geometry
- quantity
- whether prototype tooling or production-intent tooling is used
Do not apply RTV timing/MOQ automatically.
Physical Sample / Reverse Engineering
For fit-critical projects, a real physical sample can be used as a development reference.
Approval Gate
Production does not start until the agreed prototype/design revision is approved.
